Hi,

Has anybody found any resource about how to adjust the Wii laser pot? I'm getting many DRE with my backups, and I would like to see if a small laser adjustment will help.

It might just be your media. What brand of DVDs are you using?

My Wii seems to be very picky. The only backups it will accept is Verbatim or Sony DVD-R burned with a Philips DVD burner. It will not accept the same media if made with a Pioneer or LG burner, which annoys me very much since the Philips burner isn't mine.

I think that adjusting the laser might help, but I'm definitely open to other suggestions.
