TMPGEnc cutting unaccurately

Hi,

I made an unstandard VideoCD (audio at 48 kHz) and wanted to cut it in several pieces. I tried to use tmpgenc: I select 0 as the starting time and I select a certain xx:xx,xx as the cutting point according to what I see on the preview window.

But after tmpgenc has ended cutting the file it ends at a point before the time I specified.

I also noted that when playing it with PowerDVD, the last frame of the piece I wanted to cut, which in tmpegenc is at 24', in PDVD it is at ~26', and WMP reports a different time too.

I then, decided to try MPegTool which is frame based, instead of time based, but since it does not have a preview window I do not know how to tell it which is the ending frame.

Any help, please?
