Hello everybody, I have just read previous post and I found out that www.blankmedia.ca is a very good site to buy Ritek DVD-R's for canadians so I went to it.

My question now is that which Ritek DVD-R is better Ritek DVD-R 1X Ridata Brand and here is the description of it:
Bought to you by Ridata, these Ritek manufactured disks feature a frosted surface as well as all the benefits of a Ritek product.
Format: 50 pcs bulk
Media Code Mfr: RITEKG03
Formatted Size: BLANK
Total Size: 4.7G
Book Type: DVD-R
Media Type: V.2.0 DVD-R
Media Code Id: Unknown
Write Strategy Speed: 1.0x
Current Drive Speed: 1.0x
Default Rotation: CLV
Linear Density: 0.267um/bit
Layers: 1

Compatibility:
Everything to date.

I hardly know any of that stuff but I'm Sure that some of you people out there do.
Those cost $18 for 10 ( Canadian Funds ) and 25 for $45

and the other one is: Ritek DVD-R 1X Ys Power Brand
The description is:
This Ritek manufactured has a company stamp (Y'S POWER) that allows writing but doesn't clutter up the disk face with needless printing. Stable 2X if you have a Pioneer 104/A04 Drive on Firmwire version 1.31 . This will probably also burn at 2X on the Pioneer A05 and A06 with the latest firmware. These are a must for xbox backups. Orders of exactly 50 PCS may receive a factory sealed spindle of Ridata brand with a silver top.

And all the description info stuff is:
Format: DVD-R
Media Code Mfr: RITEKG03
Formatted Size: Blank
Total Size: 4.7GB
Book Type: DVD-R
Media Type: V2.0 DVD-R
Media Code Id: 1.0x 1385KBs
Write Strategy Speed: 1.0x 1385KBs
Current Drive Speed: 1.0x 1385KBs
Default Rotation: CLV
Linear Density: 0.267um/bit
Layers: 1

Compatibility:
Rather than list the dvd burners that prove to be compatible, it is easier to list the ones that have proven to be incompatible. In this case, we have not found any yet.

This one costs $17 for 10 DVD-r's, 25 DVD-r's for $42, $80 for 50 DVD-r's and 100 DVD-r's for $150. Those are incredibly good prices considering it is in Canadian Funds ( im pretty sure )

I hope somebody can help me with this.

Thank you!

Peace out!
