hello hi ive been backing up movies for along time now and today i had difficult of doing it.i cant back up are we done yet and disturbia even little kids movies?i dont know whats wrong with my shrink or my dvdfabplatinum.i tried downloading anydvd and clonedvd but still i cant do it?can someone help me.it gives me error screen when i encode the movies.it said something about the video files error something like that.pls.help me i know someone here knows what to do.thank yall for the time

If you have the latest version sof anydvd and clonedvd installed and get error messages you must have a major problem. Try going back to an earlier restore point and try again.

It would be helpful if you could be more precise as to the exact error message you're getting and when you're getting it. Is it just with DVD Shrink or do you get the exact message with CloneDVD as well?

Are you sure you're not out of disk space or computer memory and that's causing the error?

well it gives me error on any burning software i have.i tried clonedvd and anydvd and dvd shrink and dvdfab it still dont work?do you think something wrong with my portable external burner?i used that external burner to encode everything and burn.

yeah it could be the drive

have you install any other type of software in the last week or so that could conflit with the dvd burning software? spyware programs etc?

or try doing a clean reinstall of the dvd burning software and see if that works

after uninstalling run a couple registry cleaner like CCleaner do a disc cleanup and defrag reboot then reinstall
