I'm very new here and I've been using Nero 7 and dvd shrink for almost a month now, and its been very good to me. However, a few days ago i started getting this error after its been encoded 100%. Browsing this forum, I've seen similar posts, but I don't understand what I'm supposed to do. If anyone can give any insight, it'd be much appreciated. error : 1C83-7221-10E5-477X-405C-3740-**** Windows XP 5.1

You have Nero v 7.10.1.0, but it looks like you are using 6.3.1.4
You should clean everything out with the 6 and 7 clean tools.
Then install the version you what to use.
You are using too much memory while buring.
You have the minimum needed for Nero.
Only run Nero. Close other programs.
You may need to shut down some start up programs, if you run out of memory.
Last, do not edit (except for S/N) your log.
There may be other things that need to be checked.
