I have a verizon motorola razr v3m and I want to block certain people's numbers from calling me. I went to the menue and tried to type in a phone number and it said I need to type in a password.I don't have one and have never set it before,I called Verizon and they said it should be 0000 or the last four digits of my phone number, I tried that and it doesn't work. Does anyone know anything about resetting the password or getting the feature to work? It asks for my old password when I try to change the password.
Any help would be appreciated!
