My console was banned from Xbox Live, how can I get the newest update?

Is there a way I can update my 360 by a CD or flash drive?

honestly, the new update sucks. all it seems to have done is made the start up time a lot longer. i'm not entirely sure it helped anything

have you tried google? or tried looking on xbox.com? cuz they have a lot of the major updates available for download

I thought it was H264 not x264.

Can someone confirm?
