I've been using homebrew applications,and games for a little while now.

I want to try coding with PSPs. ((Little things no I am not the next Dark_AleX...well yet =]))

What do I need to learn to do this.

And what would be a good first project.

I have a lot of time,a good mind,a computer,a PSP,and patience.

I dont know what you need but a good project is 3.52 downgrader it is already an exploit for it. Dont try 3.51 b cause the security patch. If you dont do this event a way to create a game that you get to wonder around in school and beat up teachers that chase you but you get to run from them or kill them. Make it like the game Bully but with rules that you get to break and get chased for. Awsome!! Or make a game like mario but in 3D

so you want him to jump in and do a downgrader, or make basically Super Mario 64???

give him a break, start by learning LUA, and from there you can progress to the C++ aspect of it

wish i had links to give you but i don't....but LUA is where most newbie programmers start for PSP.

No, it will be a while before you see my name on any game.

And I would rather do applications...I have a few in mind but not saying because I will wake up tomorrow and see them all done.

How about an app that will let you increase the speed of loading in a game on ofw. This maybe a bad idea but im trying to think but judging by my grades in school I can see its not going to go well.
