If you check out the guides at this link it will show you how to use
Imgburn
http://webpages.charter.net/bacitup
If you go to the top of the page and where it says search, type in
Blades Of Glory or Delta Farce. There are already threads that
explain how to back those up.
I also suggest you go to http://www.dvdfab.com/free.htm and download
DVDFabHDDecrypter which is a free program. You can also purchase
it if you want all the extra things it will do. The free part can
be used to back up the full disc or movie only. It is updated really
often and will usually manage all the new encryptions before the
movie is available.
I used DVDFabHDDecrypter with Shrink and Imgburn.

Nero API version: 6.6.0.18
- excellent, same version as me and the best version of 6.x out there

- snippet from http://tdb.rpc1.org/#GSA4082N - "PT06 GMA/T10N (Toshiba) Windows 6-Sep-2006" so your burner's firmware (PT06) seems to be current

Recorder: <HL-DT-ST DVD-RW GWA-4082N>Version: CC15
- snippet from alogfile from my (similar burner to yours, on the laptop i'm replying on now) is current, though older "CC15 GWA (HP/Compaq) Windows 14-Jul-2005"

snippet from your logfile -

are you sure you picked the correct 'compilation type' ? ie you need to choose 'DVD-Video' compilation type to burn DVD movies..

similar snippet from one of my logs -

- that shows that your burner's firmware can recognise the blank discs correctly..

Compilation cannot be written on that medium type.
(Medium in drive: DVD-ROM. Medium required by compilation: DVD+R/RW, DVD-R/RW, DVD-RAM, DVD-R DL, DVD+R DL.)

- this ties up with needing to choose 'DVD-Video' compilation as i posted further up the reply.

So, to summarise, i think you're using the wrong compilation type in Nero.. you need to choose 'DVD-Video' compilation type to burn DVD movies..
