okay i am trying to find a good price for an external usb chip, because i do not own my own ps2 but i am working on custom guitar hero games and need a way to test them on my friends ps2, i have looked around and cant find one am i searching wrong? am i dumb?
i apologize for the n00bness
someone on here said they found one for under 10 bucks anyone know where that is?

1. get a burnable cd
2. get max media creator
3. add the elf files you like followed by some mp3 files (make it load easier)
4. choose save to file
5. choose the folder and choose cd or bin/cue (depending on the version of media creator you are using
6. burn the cue file in nero or the bin in your fav burning app
7. in max media player eject ar and insert your elf disc
8. wait for it to load and you can launch these off the disc
