Hey guys, I'm about to buy a ps2 modchip, and mod it myself. I have a few questions:
What is the best modchip? I want one to work with gameshark. I'm looking at this one http://www.divineo.cn/cgi-bin/div-cn/ps2-dms4pse

I live in the U.S., and I was was wondering if it was illegal to buy a modchip from china.
If anyone has any sites that I can order a modchip from, please tell me.

I am also a bit worried about the law since the raids. I can't find out if modchips are illegal, or not, and I don't want to go to jail, or anyone in my family to go to jail since I'm 16. I'm only going to use the modchip for region free, and homebrew. Thanks a lot guys.
