Im connected to a college network and my ip is connected and DNS is connected but my MTU keeps failing, how can i fix this? any suggestions? i was grately appreciate it

You are connecting to the school's network, meaning that you have no control over the settings of the network - you can't do anything to fix this.

It should work though even if the MTU is just failing ... its the transmission rate, typically it is 1492 or 1500 ... the xBox software may be picky about it, but essentially it should still work on the xBox.

If not, you could find a reason why the school's tech team may need to change the MTU on their network, then call them and explain that you're having trouble with an application and it requires that the MTU is whatever the xBox needs....
