Actually, no. DaX quit. For those who wish to keep the OE legacy going, but want the new features that M33 has to offer, here is the answer!

Me and marlino23 hex edited 3.52 M33 to say 3.52 OE-A. To put this on your PSP, open up the flash0, and then the kn folder. Just put this .prx there, overwriting the one already there, of course, and BOOM! 3.52 OE-A.
(+[__]%) put this psp in ur siggy. just do it.
PSP Firmware: constantly changing, currently GoldenEye.

Me and marlino23 (and CKhaleel, sometimes...:P) will continue releasing newer versions as newer custom firmwares come out. We will keep posting here, and (hopefully, if they'll take it...) QJ.net. So, today is a good day for all you OE loyalists. Have fun with it.

hahaha nice y0o guys.. thats nice to learn..if its not too much trouble.. and you guys have the extra time.. can you do one for me and private message me with a custom vshcntrl.prx for my 3.52 m33.. i want it to say 4.20 OE-D... =] and mac adress: is hacked .... like that other dudes..i just figured its cake to you guys. i already have the decrypter.. was gonna get the hex editor.. but if you guys can handle it and send me a PM with an underground link for me to download.. it would be more than perfect.. if not its cool.. ill try to krack it myself if worst comes to worst.

But isn't this whole idea kind of offensive? If everyone has "OE-A" instead of "M33", M33 might be angry because people who like the firmware will give credit to Dark_AleX when they should give it to M33. I'm against the idea. I've already seen comments saying "Thanks so much Dark_AleX for CFW 3.52 OE-A"!
M33 worked for their firmwares so at least give them credit for their work and keep their name.

you have a point and we give FULL credit to M33, but i personaly thought M33 was random. but everybody who modifies with this is probly aware that M33 made the firwmare. this is just if you want to keep the lagacy going like already stated. we are NOT telling everyone to update and pretend you have this new 3.52 oe-a. and i guess ppl who are thanking dax should read ;)

Yes, everyone knows it's M33 and you're right, it is random but if you change the name, M33 might be annoyed that you're like ashamed of their name so you change it. Well personally, I think it's a cool app but publicly, I don't think it is.

if anyone else thinks that, do not modify, because we like M33 and thank them for replacing DAX...the last thing we want to do is to piss em off, but most likely they will not even know about this.

OK now saying "they won't know" is cheating behind their backs. Well I still thank you for this app (I'm not using it because I prefer having the real, latest Dark_AleX CFW). Great app though.

marlino and mrmcman are great... theyre not trying to say anything except the fact that tehres a way to change your system software.. which like me i want it changed to a differnet name... i know its 3.52 m33, no doubt... but its all just eltters and #'z that we want custom.. by the way if you get a chance marlino and u want to work on it... MAC ADRESS:IS HACKED =].. without the smiley face.. hahhaa and 4.20 OE-D.. thgatw ould be perfect... hope it doesnt take too much of your time.. and i thankyou again for considering.. AND EVERYONE OUT THERE.. dont take this thread offensive...people who are at m33. KNOW that they are at m33.. thats all that matters.. Credit to them for sure, xtra KUDOS haha.. for there making the firmware.. and thats it.. we dont have to pay our respects by keeping the firmware names there. if you worship there work so much...donate money to them to their paypal.

I'm actually not sure about the credibility of this app on a 3.40 OE psp. I think you should upgrade to the latest M33 (3.52 M33-2) and then install this. That way, you'll get all the latest M33 features and ISO support.
