Cannot seem to burn this video to a CD.

I'm trying to burn a video file to a CD so I can watch it on my Dvd player. I've heard VCD works so I tried to convert the file to that, but I'm only getting codec errors.

First off, the file ONLY plays in my VLC player, nothing else.

Here's a screenshot of what comes up in GSpot.

Also, if anyone could help me get this file onto a CD so I can watch it on my dvd player, I would GREATLY appreciate it! Thanks!
