Backup alternate endings?

A disc can be backed up completely and have all the alternate
endings, but the definition suffers unless you use a DL disc.
When using a single layer disc, I prefer to do movie only. Is there
a way to do movie only and keep the alternate endings with it? How
do you tell where the alternate endings are on the disc?

Hi Shardel
In Shrink in reauthor mode you could also drag over the alternate ending.
You would just preview the titles listed under 'extras' to find which one to drag over.
It would play after the main movie - you could fast forward through the credits.

Or like PumaFoot suggested process the files through VobBlanker. Here's a guide.

I usually use CloneDVD and just uncheck all that I don't want.
