CAN FORMATTING WINDOWS SLOW YOUR COMPUTER??? IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO MAKE IT THE NORMAL. I MEAN THIS IS LIKE THE 10TH TIME I'VE REFORMATTED IT, IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THERE'S STILL FILES ON THERE THAT IS REPEATING ITSELF??? IS THERE A WAY I CAN STRIP IT DOWN TO THE BARE MINIMUM???

Yeah I think some files repeats itself.

I use the restore disc that I order from the company who made my pc and there were some desktop wallpaper that had the same picture on it 3 times.
