flashing MS25 iXtreme 1.2RevC, little help

I downloaded the ix12 zip I have flashed my ms25 beofre and I miss playing over the net i havent been banned so I want to give this one a shot. However when I open up the ixetreme.cmd with my orig bin file I get an error saying "warning drive versions do not match" "would you like to copy the drive versions?" is their a ixtreme for the MS25, will it work, or am I assed out???

It'll work fine. You get that error because the new firmware is built off of ms28 firmware, and you have a ms25. But it's still o.k. to update to the new firmware on your ms25. Now... in the future, they may have a way to detect what firmware is running on what drive, but right now they can't.

That being said, it's come to the conclusion that it's not the firmware which is getting people banned, it's bad backups.
