I am trying to encode AVI to a VideoCD (so that I can watch it with my DVD player)! Is there a free program that I can use to burn the AVI so i can play it on my DVD player?

your looking for a avi to vcd, you want to convert it to MPEG 4, then using windows simply drag and drop the video file and burn using windows burn software
