To solve your problem, go to YouTube and type "Vista On PSP Tutorial". Choose the first one. In the description of the video, click the second link. Right on top of it, it's written "Click here to solve the problem of "the content cannot be displayed"".

1. Connect your PSP to your Computer.
2. Enable USB connection on your PSP.
3. Open the PSP \ GAME \ folder.
4. Make a new folder and name it anything you want (e.g name of game).
5. Copy these files from the PSX game into the new folder.

Eboot.pbp
Keys.bin
Document.dat (optional)

6. Close USB Connection and disconnect USB Cable.
7. Scroll the 'Game' Menu and you should see your PSX Game.
8. Highlight your game and press 'Start'

As btfan said, the app is all show and no go. Its a "look what I can do on my psp" type of thing, nothing more. I had windows on my psp for maybe 10 minutes before I couldnt take it anymore lol.
