hitachi 78fk not spinning.how will i get the key out?

hi all

my friend bought a 360 which contains a hitachi 78fk...

it was bought modified with the hacked firmware ...worked for 3 months and now the drive is not spinning..i tried changing the motor only from another drive but same problem

now to replace the drive i definetely need the key..

to get the key it is must to spin the drive using 360fwtoolbox3.0

its not not possible as the drive is not spinning what are the chances left

(the console is bought from a different country..

anyone?
