hi i was wondering if any one cud help me i have a medion md9783 notebook pc when i switch the power on i can hear it loading and booting but no screen i aslo have tried ms dos disks xp setup disks ive also tried using my desktop monitor still no luck

You screen may be set to a different out put than the lcd or the vga. You'll need to somehow find out. I know this doesn't help much but now you know that most likely problem.
