Hello i was just wondering if i could some how make a account saying i live in Japan or in Europe would i get access to the stuff they have in the Playstation Store, because i'd like to play the new Metal Gear online demo and Littlebigplanet demo. Also could i get in trouble or banned for doing this? Thanks.

yeah you can. and you wont get in trouble(knock on wood) no has yet anyway. Create a new user on the xmb, as only one account can be tied to one user, and put what ever country you want in there and then just throw in a random address and street name and it should work.

edit: oh and there isnt a metal gear online demo nor a littlebig planet demo out yet. srry
