hi,
i came home from work today and somehow my son screwed up my computer. i lost the color at the bottom of the screen and i lost my audio drivers. also the fonts got a little smaller. what i want to do is go back 1 day ago and it should be fine. when i try to go back to a restore point i cant go back even though the dates are highlighted. it seems to be frozen. i also cant go back any months when i try to go back or forth with the month. why? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Might be system file damage. Do you have your original XPCD?
