ok i will give some thing but it only work on custom firmware 3.40 OE/LE .

ok to make it work follow this :-
1-download this file.
2-then put the content of the folder that u have download it in the root of ur memory.
2-turn on ur psp and go to any game that u want.
3-while u r in the game press and hold the select botton.
4-then it will apper cheat menu.
5-press the select cheats.
6-the select any cheat that u want by pressing X and press O.
7-press [enable cheats].
8-press O and enjoy playing with cheatting ^_^ .
