I've had a DMS3 chip that has worked great over the last couple years, and starting a few months ago, my games don't work that often. I put in a game and i get the red screen that says insert a playstation 2 disc. This happens much more commonly with backups, but it has happened with original discs as well. I opened the ps2 and all the connections on the chip are fine. Do you think the chip is just dying?
