Does anyone know if I were to create a new PSN Master account that has me living in Hong Kong, will it delete my North American PSN account?

yes you can but u have to create a new user on the XMB.

Okay I know that I can make another PSN account. My question is will my current North American PSN account get deleted in the process of creating a new Asian PSN account.

No it wont get deleted... I have my main US account plus a UK and Japan account for downloading from those stores.
