Guys,
I was on 3.03 oe-c earlier and was able to play almost all the iso's,I updated to 3.40 oe-c with the following recovery settings
PSP RECOVERY SETTINGS
\CONFIG
Skip SCE Logo = ENABLED (Optional)
Hide Corrupt Icons = ENABLED
Game Folder Homebrew = 1.50 KERNAL
Autorun Program At /PSP/GAME/BOOT/EBOOT.PBP = DISABLED
Use NO-UMD = DISABLED (If Have A UMD In The Drive)
Fake Region = DISABLED
Free UMD Region = ENABLED
\ADVANCED
Plain Modules in UMD/ISO = ENABLED
Execute BOOT.BIN In UMD/ISO = DISABLED
Use ISOFS Driver Also In UMD-Inserted Mode = DISABLED
i am not able to play rachet game, metal gear solid, wid these settings, tomb raider etc. Either the screen will go black or somme error # shows up stattinf game can not be started. I have to maunally restart the PSP to enter in the recovery settings and those are again changed to the default settings.please advise what action should be done. i even tried switching back to 3.03 oe-c with the above settings but no luck

then might be only me n some other guys in this forum who had to use 3.40 kernel. long ago i used 1.50 kernel n MGS doesnt work until someone here told me to use the 3.40 n the game works with tht.

Also, I have heard Dark Alex made called the DAX Ziso Loader. This runs most of the isos out there without having to mess around with any of the advanced and configuration settings in the recovery menu.
if its true, cam some one advise how to instyal this Ziso on my PSP
