Just download the ultamite beginners modding tool!! It can be found at http://www.freewebs.com/hmodder/download.html

This tool can help you get on your way to modding. Note this file contains no viruses, and if you do not believe so do not download.

Nice little program, all the basics are there. Bit brief though, doesn't address noob issues.

Worth a look though, contains no viruses!
