You've semi-bricked your Wii by updating with an out of region firmware. See the sticky.

As Mark187 said.

More then likley you have semi-bricked your Wii due to updating with the wrong firmware region.

If you have a PAL wii system then you will need to wait till a PAL game disc comes out that has a higher firmware then what caused the semi-brick issue. Soon game disc will start coming out with the new 3.0E firmware update on them. Updating with a game disc that has a 3.0E firmware should correct the semi-brick issue.

Make sure you read and follow this GUIDE to protect yourself from doing this again.
