okay, i finally got Lumines and downgraded to 1.50. and now i want to install the 1.50 recovery files with the wininstaller. After the 1.50 recovery installation finished, the readme said:
This Winstaller contains the files needed for a recovery back to 1.5. As with anything that touches flash there is chance you can brick. After running this installer you will need to:
1.) Hold the power button up on your psp, for atleast 5 seconds until PSP turns off.
2.) Turn PSP back on and immediately press and hold R trigger until reaching recovery menu.
3.) Use option 3, "Run program at /PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP"
4.) Read warning's on screen of PSP, agree, wait until your told to restart the psp.
i do step 1, but when i hold R, the recovery menu doesn't appear, instead it does the regular sony start-up
what am i doing wrong?
i downloaded the 3.40oe from qj.net but when i follow the instructions:
- Copy oeupdmaker and oeupdmaker% to /PSP/GAME if you are in 1.50
Execute the program, and it will generate the DATA.DXAR file.
but when i run 3.40 OE-A Update Maker, i get an error (NOTE right above the 3.40 OE-A Update Maker, there is corrupted data)
