PSP is not a TA-082 there is nothing written as IC3001, I download the full 2.71 downgrader, copy the files to the memory stick, direction says to go to photo and the memory light start blinking, it blinking for a few second then stops, power cycle and try again, same thing, I did power the PSP and its still running 2.71 what Iam doing wrong, please help...

Try upgrading to 3.03 (Official) and then downgrade, with the help of GTA:LCS, to 1.50. I know that the 3.03 downgrader never fails when done correctly. It is universal, so it doesn't matter what your motherboard is; it will work regardless.
