hi,
if someone knows the answer, please help me. thanks

suddenly i can no longer burn dvds with alcohol120 after mozilla has been updated. this is what i got

Access violation at address 0264574F. read of address 0264574F

when this happened, imgburn or other burning softwares does not work. however, when i unstalled alcohol, imgburn worked. so i updated alcohol to the newest version, but i still got the same message. when alcohol says this,

Access violation at address 0264574F. read of address 0264574F

what is happening? thanks

first thing first this is a fourm for users who use dvd shrink ok? so your topic has nothing to do with dvd shrink, why don't you try doing a system restore to the day before you started having problems and that might fix your problem, it is worth a try
