Isnt XtremeBootMaker meant to hexedit mtkflash for any SATA card?

I have a nforce card in one of my computers, I have managed to flash a hitachi 46 and 59 using the nforce chipset. Now I want o flash an ms25 but Im having a few problems, when I use xtremebootmaker to edit mtkflash I get to difference SATA options in the drop down list, which ever when I click the drive never gets detected on port 0(actually port 1, the first port), there are four ports on the motherboard, but it never detects it on port 0, it does however detect it on port 2, but it doesnt flash on this port, it just sits at the port 9e0 master/slave a0 message.
Anyone know what I should do?
