I am going 2 purchase a new PSP with any firmware of my choice could any1 plz tell me which firmware is the best to have THNX.

The best official firmware to start off with is 1.50. But if you can get a PSP that is already running either 3.40 OE-A or 3.52 M33 custom firmware then that would be better.
PSP, all the way from 1.00 to 5.50 GEN D2 - DS Lite w/ M3DS Real (M3 Sakura v1.34)

but if you cant get a 1.50 then it would be best to get a 2.80 or lower cause those you can downgrade without a umd game

yes it is better unless you are a part of ps3news, but it has some cool updates like access to flash 2 and 3... woops sorry i thought you asked if the 3rd update was better sorry but ya cfw is better

Custom firmware is prefered over 1.50 because you can run your ISO's straight from the Game menu without using an emulator. You also get all the benefits of a higher firmware whilst still being able to use homebrew and run ISO's.
3.52 M33#3 is better because it is the "patched" version of 3.52 M33, so it has all the latest updates and bug-fixes.

flash0 is what all your firmware information is stored in, you can use custom themes by changing the files in this folder, though if something goes wrong you can potentially brick your PSP, eg: if you delete some files, though usually you can recover by replacing the original files.
flash1 stores all your information, like nickname, this can be deleted without bricking your PSP, you will just have to enter your information again.
flash2 and 3 are unused, they have nothing in them.

ISO is a disk image.........sorry for double post
so ISO loaders are virtual disk drives

Changed my boot screen, my ISO load screen, my whole XMB, screenshot plugin, game cheat plugin, firmware spoof (so it says 5.00 OE-X), the list goes on.

The boot screen is the thing that displays the sony logo when you turn on your PSP.

LOL, no problem, if you can't find a 3.52 M33 then just get a 1.50, installing a custom firmware is easy and you can always ask if you need help.

yea good luck. dont delete anything from ur psp flash unless u have complete confidence/proof that if u delete it it wont fudge up ur psp. i bricked mine by ding that cuz i didnt do any research bout it
