SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH TV TUNER

i have tv tuner card and when i try to record a program using intervideo windvr or pause my computer restarts automatically and a message displays that the windows has passed from a serious error.

u might have to set it to not shut down when u stop capturing in the options menu
