HDloader errors??

I have HDloader 0.8b, but I formatted with Winhiip.

I formatted as a 48 bit HDloader, added a couple games, and everything was ok. Then once I played them it changes the type of formatting.

I plug it back into my computer and it says I only have 110gb free which I should have 430GB or so free.

along with that every time I plug in my hard drive to my computer it gives me an error about corrupt cache files or something (can't remember it exactly 'not at home') and it fixes when I repair and not put it in my ps2 yet.

any help is usefull thanks!
