hi again,

i have an acer 16x 10x 40x burner, and it worked fine before i reformatted my computer last time. after that, whenever i used blindwrite, it couldnt extract sub channel data,as it kept freezing. it could extract subcodes before, and i had tried alcohol 120% and ended up with the same problem. thanks to some kind help in this forum, i tried clone cd. it worked fine, extracting subchannel data. i heard somewhere that clone cd didnt use an aspi layer, so i thought it was a problem with that. i used nero info tools (thanks shoey) and it said the aspi was fine.i reinstalled it, but the same problem kept happening with blindwrte and alcohole. i stuck with clone cd, but now clone cd freezes when trying to extract subchannel data from data tracks. it works fine when extracting data from audio tracks.

wait, all of a sudden it worked, audio and data subchannel data extracting when i was extracting age of empires 1 (as a test) and it worked with the bad boys 2 VCD disk 2, but it could only extract audio with disc 1. unreal tournament didnt extract any. none of these cds need subcodes extracted. what do u tink is wrong?
