No, you don't need any emulation software, it's built in. Make sure you've set no-UMD to disabled in recovery and have a disk in the drive at all times.

The ISOs should be in a folder called ISO on the root of your memory stick. If you don't have one, create the folder. Second of all, get rid of the Devhook files, you're using CFW. And lastly, try converting the ISO into CSO with UMD Gen. I have Metal Slug Anthology as a CSO and it works perfectly in CFW 3.52 M33 and it should work on 3.40 OE.

My PSP Firmware History: 2.60 had to return the PSP because it had a dead pixel > new PSP had firmware 2.71 > 1.5 > 3.52 M33 > 3.52 M33-4 > 3.71 M33 > 3.71 M33 with 1.50 kernel

If They Don't What Could Be The Problem, I Have Custom Fireware 3.40-OE-A, They Should Work With That One Right.....

Did you create the ISO folder in the root?

ms0:/ISO

Then place just the ISO into the ISO folder nothing else. Make sure you have a UMD in the bay or enable the NO UMD option in recovery. (Not all ISO files are comaptible with NO UMD in 3.40 OE-A)
