i just tried to order myself a new swap magic an found out that it will no longer be shipped to the usa. why is this happening..... this is the link that i was givin by a rep from consolesource.com: http://news.com.com/8301-10784_3-9753848-7.html i really dont say much but is there another answer as to why i am nolonger able to play my LEGAL backups on MY system that I bought with MY MONEY.

Because your Customs or Federal Agents will confiscate anything shipped to your country.
I agree, and think that what one pays for and modifies themselves is our own business. Its a lot of the premodded stuff that was being sold I think that they were really after. Its one thing to modify it yourself after you have paid for it, but to already buy a premodded unit is .... well I am sure thats their thinking.
You would have to look for a trusted company in the US to buy from if thats where you live or an ebay seller.
