I want to make sure that I am doing right way, I dont want to get it bricked. My psp is 3.40 oe right now. Then should I put 351.pbp ms0:/PSP/GAME150/M33 CREATOR/ with eboot.pbp? Please tell me if I'm missing something or mistaken.

This is because it needs to take parts of the 1.50 firmware, so that you still get all the functionality of 1.50 (homebrew, ISOs, emulators etc).
But, you should go straight to 3.52 M33 if you want to go up from 3.40 OE-A, or it's not really worth it.
PSP, all the way from 1.00 to 5.50 GEN D2 - DS Lite w/ M3DS Real (M3 Sakura v1.34)
PS3 3.01 - iPod Touch 2G 16GB Jailbroken - Xbox 360 60GB - PC, Q6600, 3GB DDR2, GTX260 (216) 896MB

but for the easy installer you dont have to put the 1.5 app in there just the M33 one.

@Dude_23
For the easiest custom firwmare install you should/can use a Winstaller. A Winstaller is a program created by members of the PSP homebrew/hacking community that places all the files needed to upgrade to your selected custom firmware in the appropriate places. Heres a thread with links to the latest updates to the Winstallers...

luffypsp, edit your sig to conform to forum specs ASAP.
1. Text-only signatures should have at most 5 lines of text.
including the space lines, you have 7 lines of text not 5.

Sounds like a bad install I would just reinstall 3.40 OE. That should solve the problem.
