Certain way to find which network processes is my computer running?

OK. What i want to do is to find is what processes do i have running on the computer that use network (Msn Messenger, Bitcomet, ETC) Kinda like the task manager but for Network-using programs.

The task manager should tell you what programs are network services and things like that. You can go into the command prompt and type 'netstat' to see what programs are using the network.
