My backup games stopped working on day 1. Original games still work fine. Wii is not bricked because settings still working. Version 2.2J NTSC-J Wii. This happened 15 minutes from when I started playing on this brand new machine, so I believe the chance of a loose mod chip is small. I bought the console already modded so I don't know what modchip it is.

This is what happened in sequence:
- Played Original Wii Play and other games (OK)
- Played Backup 'EXCITE TRUCK' [PAL] (OK)
- Played 'BARNYARD' [PAL] (Music only, screen freezes, but shouldn't have brick my machine cuz it is 2.2J)
- Backup games no longer work (Unable to Read Disc error)
- Original games still okay.
- All my backup games has worked and still work using my friend's Wii...

Can anyone PLEASE HELP? Have ANYONE ever experienced this problem and have got it to work again?
