does anybody have the 3.03 flash0 files, if you do can you please send them me as i want to change my 3.30oe-a to 3.03oe-a, without downgrading again as i have a ta-082 psp and i do not know what will happen!

nothing will happen -.-
and using the flash0 files? im not sure if it works altough ive heard cases of it..
and its not save to get flash0 files over the internet! get it from ur peers

Yes, it works.
I have a flash0 file set for both 3.40 OE-A and 3.52 M33-4, and instead of downgrading/upgrading each time, i switch the flash0 around. Some people say it can brick your PSP, but i started doing it before anyone ever said anything about that, and will carry on doing so.
PSP, all the way from 1.00 to 5.50 GEN D2 - DS Lite w/ M3DS Real (M3 Sakura v1.34)
PS3 3.01 - iPod Touch 2G 16GB Jailbroken - Xbox 360 60GB - PC, Q6600, 3GB DDR2, GTX260 (216) 896MB |

and also can you tell me if i run the recovery 1.50 eboot from the recovery mode to downgrade to 1.5 and then up to 3.03oe-a on a ta-082 will it brick or semi-brick at all??

No, the "dodgy" stuff with TA-082 only applies to upgrading back to official frmware.
PSP, all the way from 1.00 to 5.50 GEN D2 - DS Lite w/ M3DS Real (M3 Sakura v1.34)
