Please help someone i have been using premier 6.5 for just less than a year now & had no trouble with it till now, i encoded a video i made with my digital video camera & when the camera moved & the people in the video moved lines appeared on whatever was moving in the video, i have tried everything to put it right changed the settings etc, i have even uninstalled the program & installed it again but it still has the lines on the video iam trying to encode from a uncompressed avi to mpeg 2 (8,000kb/s)in PAL format so i can burn it to dvd.
