I need a p2p file sharing program that has just as many files as kazaa lite, is just as easy to use, and averages around 10kb/s-20kb/s on an ISDN modem. Can You Help Me???

1. eMule and Overnet should both suit your needs there.
2. A very important note: downloading files is a balance: speed, convenience and reliability. You get to pick any two. :-)

I tried emule but i cannot connect to any of the servers. I am have a router but i've never had this problem before. Is there something I can do?

Well there ya go! P2P is a little more complicated than the simple point click crap with kazaa lite hehe. You will need to configure your router to let certain ports throguh :-)
