im getting a failed message for 2 updates
under event viewer heres the errors:
1st: Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80070643: Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework, Version 2.0 (KB928365).

2nd:Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80070643: Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework, Version 1.1 Service Pack 1 (KB928366.

Try this link from Microsoft, theres has been allot of people that had encounter this error at one point or another, me been one of them, try the link and see if it works out for you, Good Luck
