burning dvds HELP!

ok im new to this downloading torrents and burning them onto dvd
i have downloaded a movie, and the file was a .bin file, and i was wondering if it was possible to burn the image file with DVD shrink. if it is possible can someone be kind enough to give me step by step instructions to do so, and if its not possible with this program can someone point me in the right direction?

It is not a Shrink question.
Double posting is not good on any website.

I will not tell you step by step, but to start with you have to convert the bin and cue file.
Run a search on converting .bin
