I've been looking everywhere. I can't find a good tutorial for installing HDLoader on my HDD to use on my PS2. I've read a few, but I am a noob in this subject and everyone uses abbreviations that i can't understand. I'm sorry if this is the millionth time someone has asked this, but i've been searching forever. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

p.s. I've been looking at SKSAPPS.com. If anyone knows how to use that site, let me know please.

How to use a site?? BTW, I'm a member at SKSApps, not with this name though.

OK, from what I think, you want to install the latest version of HDL on your HDD to boot from your original HDL disc. Very easy.

1. Take your HDD out of your PS2 and insert it into your HDD. Make sure to change your jumper settings to work with your PC.

2. Run WinHIIP (download it by searching the net) and select your PS2 HDD under the drive select.

3. Download the HDL 0.8b patched ISO image from SKSApps or somewhere else and copy the .ISO to your HDD using WinHIIP.

4. Take out the HDD and re-insert it into your PS2, boot HDL and change the HDL0.8b image to have mode 3 compatibility (Kill HDL).

If something made no sense, just ask and I'll better describe it.
