I have recently acquired a slim ps2 and 2 copies of Swap Magic 3.8 with the slim keys, and now I have this problem:

Both of the Swap Magics DVDs arent loading, and I have done everything correctly, how do I fix this?

well, there should have been a cd and a dvd... so, maybe u got ripped off. I also recently acquired a pstwo slim, and the swapmagic 3.8 cd/dvd + magickeys and the cd/dvd boots just fine even without installing the magic keys provided in the package.

another thought: maybe they're bent... (my dvd is a little bit bent) and if the 3 clamps don't go over the dvd surface it won't boot... try pressing the dvd/cd untill all the clamps are engaged...
