Well I wanted to know what exactly do i have to do to make a 2.71 Psp, be downgraded to 1.5. I have the 3.50 Firmware and im planning on using Lumines to downgrade it. But I don't know how to run it (The upgrade to 3.50 Firmware).I have the eboot file and its in a folder called update, in game. Is that correct?

Yes that's correct, the update icon should show up in your Game menu on your PSP.

I think you'll need the Japanese 3.50 update. Not sure though.

No, it doesn't matter, different firmware eboots are compatable with different regions.

all EBOOT updates have been identical so far, they have exactly the same md5, sha1 etc hash values...

do NOT believe the websites that say there are different region FW updates...region code/web data etc is stored in flash1 NOT flash0
